How long does my order take to ship?

You can expect your hair to be shipped 1-2 days after your initial order. Unless it is customized (lengths shorter or longer & wavy hair takes 1-2 weeks)

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time we do not.

What is your return policy? 

The hair can be returned/exchanged if kept in the original packaging. Once the hair is cut, colored or installed all warranty is voided.
